Backpacking TripBackpacking trip. Badger Creek Wilderness is located in SE area of Mount Hood National Forest. This was definitely the coldest non-winter trip I've been on in a long time; there were about 5 hours of the trip where we could NOT see our breath. Hikers interested in this area may be interested in the difficulty we faced due to downed trees.
